Please read the following proposal which shows the capability of Helium Design, inc to provide the services described in the RFP. Helium is a Creative Design Studio. The meaning of the company name is representative of the true meaning of the element and its properties. Helium (us), when partnered with a vessel (your business) like a balloon, the vessel expands and rises. Like this balloon, when your business invites us in, we will help you grow, rise to the top, and we will continue to support you.
Helium has broad experience helping small businesses and colleges create a new identity, rebrand and update a successful image, and increase awareness of these businesses by making them ubiquitous. Helium uses a wide array of media to accomplish your business objectives. These media encompass promotional brochures and websites, as well as full portfolios filled with informational as well as other branding and identity print and web resources.
As the successful contractor we will partner and connect with you. We learn not only about your business, but the people. We work with you in a way that is natural and effective, and provides continuing successful results. Our promise is to deliver a project that not only looks great, but works to name brand your institution for the long-term . Our promise is backed by our company’s portfolio and clients’ enthusiasm in requesting return services.
Clear Path Writer(CPW) will be the Writer and Social Media expert on this project.

We can see that Western’s role and mission encompass traditions of the century-old university as well as its forward-looking responsibility as regional education provider and Business Partner. Western’s mission will become realized as the University is increasingly perceived as a regional step-off place for higher education. Students in other institutions will be encouraged to transfer to Western when they realize the bachelor and masters programs offer them a smooth transition to higher education and specialty degrees.
Gunnison and Sister City Business Leaders as well as state business and educational institutions will be important components of this Partnership. The large number of Western alumni will be anxious to spread the good news as they see their Alma mater modernize and become an integral part of the economic vitality of the region.
